We want you to shop with confidence, knowing our products will stand the test of time, so our promise to you is simple. If any of our items fail to keep up with you over time, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

If you have a product that needs to be repaired, please reach out to  customerservice@kerrynoel.com with your name and order number to start your repair and a member of our team will be in touch to do an evaluation.

Our guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accidents or by using the item other than its intended purpose. This includes the following:

·     Animal damage
·     Spills or damage from extreme weather conditions
·     Extreme wear and third-party alterations made to them

Product Care

All of our products are pre-conditioned before getting sent out, so there is no need to apply any conditioner once you receive your bag.

To care daily for your Kerry Noël leather goods, make sure to protect them against excessive sunlight, moisture, and heat. To clean your leather goods, we recommend using a gentle leather polish or conditioning product to extend the natural life, color, and characteristics. To minimize damage from spills, wipe the product down as soon as possible with a slightly damp, clean cloth to minimize harsh stain lines. Let the product dry completely, then apply polish or leather conditioner to recondition and re-shine the surface.

Shipping

For in stock products, we will process and package your order within 24 hours during business days (M-F), excluding Federal holidays. For products not in stock or custom orders, our typical turnaround time is 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email with your shipping conformation, once your packaged has shipped.

Currently, we are not offering international shipping. However, we can provide a shipping quote at your expense for any product. Please reach out with your address to customerservice@kerrynoel.com, and we will get back to you promptly with a shipping quote.

Returns and repairs

Kerry Noël offers returns on any unused and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Personalized and custom orders are final sales. Please reach out to  customerservice@kerrynoel.com with your name and order number to start your return.

Yes, we have a lifetime guarantee on all of our leather products. So, please reach out to  customerservice@kerrynoel.com with your name and order number to start your repair and a member of our team will be in touch.

Note: We do not perform general repairs on non-Kerry Noël products.
